  1. Visit the Worthy Shorts® Design Gallery and choose the design treatment you want.
  2. Fill out the information requested below.
    (Extra: If you are logged into your Private Press page, the first section will autofill your name and login.)
  3. Select your chosen design treatment below.
  4. Click "Review Request" to review your information. You may make changes before submitting this form.
  1. Register as a Worthy Shorts® Author here: Author Registration Application.
  2. During your registration, you will have chosen a Private Press password. When your author account has been activated, you can use that password to launch a new title.
  3. With your activated author account, follow the instructions on the left.

EXTENDED FILE STORAGE
NOTE: The cost of "active" storage for book files is covered by your first printing fee for one year. Thirty days preliminary notice will be given to you by e-mail for payment of a $15 annual renewal fee per title for the cost of digital storage for each title. This fee may be waived, if author reprint activity is sufficient to cover the cost. (See Terms of Use and Agreement for details.)
 

ABOUT THIS PROCESS

Completion of this form begins the Worthy Shorts® publication process for your new title. Here are the steps:
(1) After you submit this form, you will receive a confirmation email of its receipt within minutes. Our confirmation email will provide instructions for sending your content files for preparation by our staff.
(2) Soon after we receive your files, we will send you a confirmation of the estimated price.
(3) When you confirm your approval we will place a hold on your credit card for that estimated price which will later be charged to your card when you see and approve the final proof, prior to its printing.
(4) In the event you have incurred additions or deductions to the cost due to changes in specifications or other proof charges, we will notify you and an adjustment will be made at that time. (See links to schedule of prices and to Terms of Use on the left.) 		(5) When you send us your files you may further choose to have a free ISBN assigned to your title which can make it available for commercial sale. If you decline to have an ISBN assigned to your title, your book will only be available within a network chosen by your invitation.
(6) If your book is largely text-driven and the format is appropriate, you are also given a choice, at no additional cost, whether you want reflowable eBook versions of your book to be made available for portable device distribution and sale.
(7) All of your book files are kept in active storage at no charge for a year. You have the choice to authorize us to automatically keep your titles actively available thereafter for an annual fee per title currently set at $15 or to do so after only upon notice from you.
